CANCELLATION POLICY: All clients must contact Internal Spa at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice prior to your scheduled appointment date will result in the full cost of your scheduled visit. Also, any client arriving later than 15 minutes for their appointment time may be required to reschedule their appointment in order to avoid disrupting the appointment of other clients.
